Teacher Wish List
If you would like to create a teacher wish list of items for Open house. Please stop by during your planning period or after school to create your wish list. We will have parents on campus visiting the book fair and maybe you can get some free goodies!
Security Cards
Beginning Monday at 7am, our front office doors will be locked down and only accessible with a key card. We will be getting key cards out to all of you within the next month. On Monday when you come up to check your mail, you will have to access the mailroom by way of the clinic hallway via Student Services. If you walk into the front office, you will be unable to go through the door that leads to the hallway of the mailroom without a key card. We apologize for any inconvenience that you will incur over the next few weeks without a key card. From this point forward all visitors to our campus will have to have a driver’s license accessible, and will have to be run through our RAPTOR system in order to be given access through the doors into student services.
Emergency Lesson Plans Due This week!
Emergency Lesson Plans
There are times when we have to be out, but instruction shouldn’t stop when there is an emergency.
While prepping for classes, ensure that you have created five days worth of emergency lesson plans. These plans should keep your students engaged in you class with your substitute teacher.
You will upload five days of emergency lesson plans within our Sharepoint for your content area. The Sharepoint is located under Staff Resources/PLC Work/Department/Teacher (find your name). When uploading your emergency plans, please clearly define them as Emergency Lesson Plans Day 1, Emergency Lesson Plans Day 2, etc. This should be done by August 31st.
Please ensure the assignments you leave behind are meaningful. This will help the substitute teacher because our students are engaged, not causing a problem because they are bored, and your sub will want to return to your well-managed class.
If you have any concerns or questions, contact your Administrator for additional help.

Student Services Team Referral
Our Student Services Team Referral is now available for you to access in the link below. This referral is to be used by any staff member who has a concern for one of our students. Concerns regarding academics, behavior, attitude/mood changes, attendance, health issues, and so forth are to be reported on this form. Once you click submit, the referral will be sent to the team. We will discuss and address your referral at our weekly Student Services Team Meeting, which are held every Tuesday at 12:50 PM. In My EWS, the team will document non-confidential information about the student who was referred. In addition to this documentation, a Student Services Team member will also speak personally to the staff member who made a referral about the student, the action plan determined to address the student’s need(s), and the outcome. Please use this form immediately when you have a concern about one of our coyotes. It is a means for us to identify students who need various types of support. By utilizing this tool, we can serve all of our students’ needs.
