{Think Win-Win}

Everyone Wins

"Thinking win-win means being creative and finding ways for BOTH you and the other party to succeed when trying to resolve a conflict" (Seven Habits Of Highly Effective Teens Powerpoint). At first, these two goats were attempting to get to the hay on their own rather than by working together, but they got the idea to work together so that they would both succeed. In class we played Win as much as you can, and it really showed what a difference a leader's mindset has on the whole team and on those surrounding them. When you are a leader you need to understand how to think win-win to be able to truly benefit your teammates as much as possible.
