TK Roseberry-Keynote Speaker, June 19
TK Roseberry graduated from UCA in 2007 with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked in a variety of both private practice and school based services. She currently owns Top Kids Therapy and Consultation services. Through her company, she provides direct occupational therapy and evaluation services within school settings and provides consultation services to local parents and professionals. TK lives in Benton with her husband Bryan Roseberry and their son Gibbons.
Rhonda Crass-Keynote Speaker, June 20
Rhonda Crass has extensive experience in special education law as well as personnel, student issues, governance, open meetings, open records, and most other matters in the administration of public schools. As a former teacher and the daughter of retired school administrators, Rhonda has a unique perspective in the field of public school law. Her legal training and deep experience are enhanced by her awareness of and sensitivity to the effects of local politics and publicity in the representation of school districts. Ms. Crass is a frequently requested speaker on school law topics, both statewide and nationally. She often contributes on school law topics in professional publications. Her popular in-service training programs are well known and highly regarded. Topics include 504, special education-due process, personnel documentation, personnel evaluations, handling grievances, school board governance and administrator training.
