What is Triathlon?

Triathlon is a type of sport. You have to have a lot of energy to complete the trail. It includes Swimming,Running and Cycling. It's hard because some people can't finish the trail in time but it's still fun even if you haven't complete.. You have to prepare to complete in time.

To train for a triathlon you have to practice swimming, running and cycling. Some people goes to the gym to practice every night and practice the 3 things every night and morning.

History of Triathlons

Triathlon started in France in the year 1920. They did a lot of Tri sport before that like Running, Cycling and Canuing. Triathlon now is a part of the Olympics and the Para Olympics. People call the part when you make your self ready for the next part a Transishon. It is posible to do in a wheel chair.
