Family:
his year, Matt and I celebrated our two-year wedding anniversary… time flies! We live in Naperville with out two pups Benny and Zoey. Matt works for a co-packer and buys pork and poultry. If you eat at McDonalds, chances are he purchased your meat. My dad was raised in Lombard and went to WHS for one year in 4th grade. My parents have lived in Lombard for the last 40 years (in the same house). My mom taught in 44 for about 20 years and ended her career at Madison. My brother, sister-in-law and three CRAZY nephews live in Glen Ellyn- only about 5 minutes from my parents. Matt’s family reminds me of “My Big Fat Greek Wedding”. Seriously every Greek Easter the lamb is in the garage! NO JOKE! My mother-in-law recently retired and moved up to Huntley. My brother-in-law works in hospitality and lives in Lisle.
Matt and I spent a lot of time working on our house this summer. We had the outside painted, got a new front door, landscaped our front yard and put sod down in the back! I also played sand volleyball with Matt one night a week in a summer league.
College:
Northern Illinois University
When I get interested in a topic I have to know EVERYTHING about it. For example, I am currently obsessed with the Tudor's. This summer I have read 4 books all on the Tudor's. Eventually, I will move on to another obsession!
