To be mentally able/strong, you have to have faith in yourself and your abilities. You have to have the winning state of mind. You must stay optimistic and be motivational towards yourself.
4 You have to know what you're facing.
Make peace with what the outcome of what you're facing will be, whether it be good or bad and follow through with no regrets.
