Olympic Hills Family Newsletter

It was wonderful seeing so many of you at the Beep and Greet yesterday! If you were unable to make it, please come to the main office between 8:00-3:00 M-F to get your child's bag.
Regarding in-person learning, we are excited to have some students who receive special education services start next week. We are also continuing to plan for the start of in-person learning March 1st for preschool-1st grade. Our Safety Team meets twice per week, and if any parents are interested in joining, please let me know. Bargaining has started between the teachers' union and the district, which means they are starting to determine things like schedules and staffing. I will continue to provide updates each week. I will also give updates at the PTA meeting on the 26th (link below).
In partnership,
Libby DeBell

Bronwen Houck and CJ Cousins of the Art Docent Team will be talking a bit about the program and leading a fun art project for OH families! We are very excited to share the beautiful visuals of Brazilian artist Tarsila do Amaral, an influential South American painter. Tarsila's vibrant landscapes and scenes of everyday life were essential in launching the Modern Art movement in Brazil.
