Newsletter Week of May 16, 2022
Hello NRHS Community,
I hope this message finds you doing well. Another busy week at NRHS with Math MCAS testing for our 10th graders 5/17 and 5/18, make up AP exams, athletics, activities and senior prom. The year is winding down for the class of 2022 with their last day on 5/25 which will be their senior breakfast and mini field day in the morning. Senior exams will be 5/26 and 5/27 - the schedule is being arranged and will be shared with students by the end of the week.
Tickets for Junior Prom are on sale now during Long Block in the cafe.
Reminder that there is an early release for students on Friday 5/20.

NRHS Yearbook Award Winner!
Jostens, the leading producer of yearbooks and student-created content, today announced that Nashoba Regional High School’s yearbook program has achieved the Jostens 2022 National Yearbook Program of Excellence award at the Bronze Level. The National Yearbook Program of Excellence recognizes engaging yearbooks that reflect a broad representation of the student body while helping students develop 21st century skills such as communication, collaboration, and information and communication technologies (ICT) literacy.
The NRHS award-winning yearbook program is led by Bridget Bailey, Senior Editor-in-Chief; Hannah Sullivan, Senior Copy Editor; Natalie Angland, Sophomore Staff Member; Anna Kifer, Sophomore Staff Member; Clemence Hubert, Freshmen Staff Member, under the direction of Melissa Foley-Procko, NRHS yearbook adviser.
Jostens’ National Yearbook Program of Excellence Awards are presented twice a year, in spring and in fall based on the yearbook’s arrival date at the school. The award was presented to the Nashoba Regional High School yearbook program for achieving defined criteria in between one and three of the following categories: creating an inclusive yearbook, generating school engagement, and successfully managing the yearbook creation process.

Congratulations to our Broadcast News class and students for winning multiple individual and team awards!
Second Annual Bolton Pride Parade
Please join us in honoring and celebrating our LGBTQIA+ community. Following the parade, we will hold a rally on the town common with public speakers, tables hosted by local organizations, vendors, music, yoga, music and dance performances, a cash raffle to benefit Out Metrowest, and food/ice cream trucks!

Pops Concerts at NRHS
Mark your calendars: NRHS Pops Concerts are Coming!
Come enjoy some fun musical selections at the Nashoba Regional High School in May!
NRHS Pops Concerts:
- NRHS Choral groups will perform on Wednesday, May 25th at 7 pm
- NRHS Bands will perform on Wednesday, May 18th at 7 pm
NRHS Pops Concerts are held in the NRHS auditorium (12 Green Road, Bolton, MA). Admission is $5 per person (seniors and students are free), payable at the door. These concerts are family friendly...younger musicians are especially encouraged to attend. Come and enjoy music at Nashoba Regional High School!
