Today we started the final grading period for the 2022-2023 school year! This year has truly flown by! I am proud of how much our students have grown so far this year and I look forward to seeing how much more we can grow by the end of the school year.

Please try to have your child at school every day that he/she is healthy so they can take advantage of classroom instruction and experiences. By working together, we can accomplish great things!

This newsletter has a lot of end of the year dates listed so please read over everything so you stay in the know. Everyone is encouraged to participate in our Title 1 survey linked below. Paper copies will also be sent home.

Do you know anyone with children who will be starting Kindergarten next year? Remind them to call the school and schedule an appointment for Kindergarten enrollment! Our enrollment will be held on Thursday, April 13th.

Students must turn 5 on or before August 31 in order to enroll for Kindergarten.

Current Kindergarten students will NOT come to school on Thursday, April 13th.

NBES will hold their annual Young Author's Day on Friday, April 21st. We have author and poet Allan Wolf coming to present to our students! Parents are welcome to join in on these presentations.
