Hard copies of student schedules will be distributed to students in period 1 to assist with students who might be a little "rusty," those who had semester courses that change, and any other adjustments made to balance class loads. Students may also refer to the MyStudent App, but a hard copy will be provided on Tuesday to get us off to a good start!
School Choice Window Opens 1/8/24
The application window for School Choice opens January 8th @ 8 AM and ends January 19 @ 4 PM. Current 8th-grade students must submit an application during this window if they wish to continue into the high school program for 2024-2025 and beyond. 8th-grade students whose families do not submit an application to stay will be reassigned to their zoned neighborhood high school at the conclusion of the school year.
All other current AAI students will remain enrolled at Angeline Academy of Innovation unless they enroll at another school, accept a school choice assignment for another program, or have their school choice eligibility revoked for attendance, academic, or behavioral reasons. We sincerely hope that our current Archers remain a part of the Angeline family.
Student Drivers On Campus
We're excited to welcome some new drivers to our campus - STUDENTS!
To allow for safer traffic flow, we will be designating spots at the north end of the school for student parking. The student lot will move as the number of student drivers increases in subsequent terms.
Do YOU have a new driver in your family? Information about how to obtain a student parking pass will be available on our school website in January,

Yearbook Sales Are Winding Down
The introductory price of $60 for the first ever yearbook will end on 1/10. Prices will increase for the final sales to complete our order. We do not anticipate having extra yearbooks available when the order is received. Please make sure to preorder a yearbook for your student as a keepsake of our inaugural year!
We're also accepting business ads, which help our yearbook team ensure that the team meets the budget for publishing the yearbook. If you own a business, please consider buying an ad.
School Choice Window Opening
Pasco County Schools is proud to offer many options for students and families. Our options include specialized programming within schools, magnet options and career and technical education programs.
Attention - Grade 8 Parents
Our current 8th-grade students must apply to enter the high school program. The application will require families to select a program pathway to direct their studies.

Why Positive Thinking Is Important
Life is challenging. I wish I could tell you that you'll always be on top of the mountain. The reality is that there are days when nothing will go right, when not only will you not be on top, you may not even be able to figure out which way is up, when positive thinking will feel impossible. Do yourself a favor and don't make it any harder than it has to be. In those moments, be careful how you speak to, think of, conduct, and develop yourself. Great American novelist Henry James said, "Be not afraid of life. Believe that life is worth living, and your belief will help create the fact." James could have been a football coach. The first thing you have to do when you're trying to turn a football franchise around from a loser to a winner is to create the belief that you can win. Most of the time, the talent is already there, but there is no belief that it will happen. This is why positive thinking is so important.
Huddle up with your kids and ask, “What did you do today that you wish you had done better?”
Angeline After Hours
This fee-based program offers voluntary academic assistance to students at a cost of $75 per week. This program operates five days per week, and families can sign up on Rycor to participate.
Extended School Day
Students whose academic performance meet specific criteria for additional, targeted interventions will be offered a seat in this free after school program. Participation requires regular attendance. Transportation is not provided for this program.
After School Detention
When a student's actions or pattern of behavior warrant it, we will now begin assigning after school detentions as a disciplinary consequence. Parents must arrange for transportation for students who are assigned after school detention.
