About Woodrow Wilson

Thomas Woodrow Wilson was born on December 28, 1856, in Staunton, Virginia. He was also a graduate from Princeton University and also the College Of New Jersey in 1879. In 1885 he got married to Ellen Axson, which she died of a kidney disease and they had three daughters together. in 1910 he was elected governor of New Jersey. Woodrow Wilson was the 28th president for the U.S. He was in office from 1913-1921, he led America through World War I. He was known as one of the greatest presidents that have been in office. Wilson took over after Archduke Franz Ferdinand was assassinated which was the whole cause of World War I by the way. After World War One he won presidential election against William Howard and Theodore Roosevelt. He died February 3,1924.
