First Communion on Hold

3rd Grade Parents,

I know that this year was special for our families as our 3rd grade students were scheduled to make their First Communion. However First Communions have been placed on hold. We may push this sacrament into the summer. We will keep you posted as guidelines change.

Required Parent Hours and Maintenance Day

Parents we understand that due to COVID-19 we are unable to physically complete anymore parent hours or maintenance days. We have changed the required amount of hours and maintenance day requirements (as stated in the 2019-2020 Parent Handbook) to the following:

20 Hours Required- NOW only 10 Hours Required

1 Maintenance Day- If you were unable to fulfill this requirement, please contact the school to see how you can still complete.

3 Mandatory Parent Meetings- ONLY 2 parent meetings required (these are the 2 meetings that already took place before the school closure)

  • As always any donations to the classroom, teachers, and overall school can be made to offset any required hours or meetings not fulfilled.

Billing Statements

Mrs. Cervantes, our Financial Secretary is hard at work to ensure our families have accurate account balance information as we approach end of the year billing. You should be receiving a balance statement reflecting current charges. If you have any questions feel free to call the office. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8-12pm or off-campus phone number (760)574-9079 Mon-Fri from 8:00am-4:00pm

NEW- Financial Information

OLPH has attempted to apply for various government funding. However due to the fact that we fall under the tax ID of the Diocese of San Bernardino, our school was denied. We are still working on finding other support systems and we ask that you pray for our school.

I am aware that other private schools have offered stipends or financial aid, and I wish our school was in a financial position to be able to offer such assistance. To date we have lost about $80,000 in preschool revenue and fundraisers. We are so appreciative of our parents that continue to make their tuition payments and have supported us with the Las Vegas Fundraiser and Disneyland Fundraiser.

If you are aware of anyone that would be a willing donor to our school please share the link below.
