Words of Wisdom Feature: Alex Russell
Alex came to ISWA as a last resort, having been moved around from place to place and losing her ability to attend her former preferred school. Along with her frequent relocation, Alex had to move between schools several times as well. After gaining housing stability, and moving between a couple more schools, she found herself at ISWA. Alex misses her preferred school very much, but is doing well at ISWA and does her best to live in the moment and make the best of her situation.
To manage her time, Alex tries to wake at the same time each day, and completes assignments as soon as she sees them when possible. She also understands the importance of taking breaks. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, cartoons, talking to her friends, and taking time for herself.
