Smoke Signals: Staff Edition
August 21-25
We Are Ready!
Today you will be putting the finishing touches on your classroom, making your lunch, and get ready for all of the new faces you'll see tomorrow. I know that you are ready to make this year the BEST!
Personally, I could not be possibly be more proud of our staff. Across our building, I see dedicated, passionate, superheroes who bring their very best to our campus and classrooms each day.
Thank you for the countless hours you have put into making the start of school smooth and exciting for your students! I hope that you've taken some time to rest and rejuvenate yourself this weekend too.
We are KIND, SMART, and FEARLESS...We are Braves!
Theresa

Dismissal
- Car dismissal lines will be long the first week of school. Once students learn the routine, car dismissal will take an average of 10 minutes. Please be patient with us as we all learn the new routine. Getting students home safely is our top priority!
- Students may walk home from school beginning Wednesday, 8/23. On Monday and Tuesday, students must be picked up by bus, day care, or car.
- Students who walk home must live within walking distance of the school and be approved by the principal.
- Each student has a dismissal card with them as they leave the building. This card is given to the adult or student ambassador who dismisses them. In the car line, student and parent cards are matched prior to placing a student in a car. Additional cards may be ordered from the office.
