School Configuration Decision!
At the March 21, 2018, public meeting of the Elk Island Catholic School Board of Trustees, the Board voted in favour of Option 5 for the Sherwood Park urban schools configuration including grade configurations and boundaries.
The changes will take place in September 2019-2020 which will allow for the EICS Board of Trustees, administration and staff to have sufficient time to make the necessary infrastructure and programming changes needed for a seamless transition for students and staff.

This year we are continuing with the online yearbook site from Lifetouch Photographers as we were quite pleased with the results. Like last year, the yearbooks will arrive in September.
We are requesting that students order and pay for the yearbook in advance in order to facilitate the processing and printing. The cost of the yearbook is $27.00.
Please complete the order form attached below and submit it to your homeroom teacher by Wednesday, April 10th. Payment may be done by cash, cheque (payable to EICS) or Visa via Powerschool (after April 11th). As stated earlier, the yearbooks will be ready for pick up early in September. Please provide a phone number, address and/or email address only if your child will not be attending École OLPH next year. We will arrange for the yearbooks to be delivered to ABJ for distribution.
