Mental Health Behavior Focus Groups

Six Regional Focus Group Opportunities for BSD Staff

Purpose

To provide a forum for BSD staff members:

    • To assist in developing a definition of mental health and behavior;

    • To express the mental health and behavioral needs of students;

    • To identify the barriers to meeting the mental health and behavioral needs of students; and

    • To recommend supports that can reduce the barriers that prevent schools from meeting the mental health and behavioral needs of students.

Participants

All six regional focus groups are open to a total of 100 BSD staff members at each focus group.

Focus Group Dates, Times, and Location

All Focus Groups will be held from 4:30-6:30 pm.


1/9 in the Westview Media Center

1/14 in the Aloha High Cafeteria

1/16 in the Mountainside Community Room

1/22 in the Southridge Community Room

1/27 in the Sunset Community Room

1/30 in the Beaverton High Media Center
