UT Law school, through Project INCLUDE, will deliver FREE LEGAL SERVICES to transitioning students with special needs on SEPTEMBER 28TH, 2017 from 6:00-7:00 and from 7:00-8:00pm at BISD's Performing Arts Center (PAC) Green Room. Located at 1401 Cedar Street.
Come and learn about alternatives to guardianship and supported decision-making with UT Law student volunteers supervised by volunteer lawyers. Law professor, Lucy Wood, will deliver 2 Basic Presentations (one at 6 and another at 7) to be followed by sets of free, one-on-one meetings with UT Law students and their attorney supervisors.
ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND one or both BASIC PRESENTATIONS.
Transitioning student AND adult must BOTH attend with RSVP, FIRST REPLY-FIRST IN - LIMITED SPACES - in order to receive free one-on-one consultation meetings with lawyers following the 6pm Basic Presentation and/or the 7pm Basic Presentation.
