Turtle Qigong

I choose the symbol of the turtle to represent the Qigong I teach. Turtles are revered creatures in Chinese philosophy, embodying serenity, longevity and wisdom. Qigong is a form of Chinese and Daoist exercises that have been practiced in China for over 5000 years. It includes movement, meditation, chanting, exercises and visualizations and has many forms, all designed to create self-healing.

Spring is coming, a perfect time to learn Jade Woman!

Jade Woman was developed by Master Liu He at a young age, to strengthen the liver and blood. It is an elegant and beautiful form. Although it is designed for women, it benefits men too, and anyone who suffers from circulatory problems. We will also learn Master Liu’s Liver Cleanse.
