Royals of the Month
End of Year Blue Folders
You will be getting blue folders in your mailbox to start planning for the end of the year. In the folder will be:
1. End of Year Checklist
2. Student Transition Planning Forms
3. Summer Send off Survey
4. Summer Purchase Requests
The end of year packet will also direct you to the DGS Royal TEAM Drive where classroom teachers can work on DRAFT class lists and submit summer maintenance requests
You will need to schedule a 20 minute check out meeting with me on May 28th. There are appointment slots of the google calendar or you can get that HERE
We will review the blue folder and discuss any other end of the year questions comments or concerns you have.
DGS Maintenance Requests
Please ensure you are emailing all requests for maintenance at dgsmaintenance@dunlapcusd.net
This helps George, Nancy, and Tom Grimm track building and district requests.
You can ask verbally for a request, but also be sure to send the email. It can be as simple as "Please move desk to stage in my classroom" or "Air Conditioning is leaking."
