To our WRCS families,
Welcome to another busy month here at Whispering Ridge Community School. It is hard to believe that two months have already come and gone. We are happy to be settled into our day-to-day routines and have established many positive relationships within our building. There are a number of incredible things happening at WRCS this month that will be highlighted in this newsletter as well as on our Facebook page.
We wanted to thank all of our parents and guardians who took the time out of their busy schedules to come speak with teachers at parent teacher interviews. As a school, we certainly value your support and appreciate our partnership in your child’s education. While we only have two scheduled meetings in a school year, communication is necessary to ensure your child has a successful year. Please feel free to reach out to your child's teacher should you have any questions or concerns.
A big thank you to all our parents from our Particparent group for organizing and volunteering your time to make our WRCS Halloween dance such a successful evening!
Inevitably now that it is November, comes colder weather and unpredictable temperatures. It would be beneficial for your child to be prepared with warm and suitable clothing as children do spend periods of their day outside for recess. Please familiarize yourself with our policies concerning bus cancellations and school operation during inclement weather.
If any parents are interested in attending our School Council or Participarent group, please feel free to join us! Both of these groups provide vital feedback and support to the school.
