Dear Families,
As we get closer to our winter break, I and the LTMS staff want to wish you all Happy Holidays and a Healthy and Happy New Year. Enjoy time with family and friends as we say goodbye to 2021 and welcome in 2022. Below you will find information about a variety of topics concerning the Middle School. Dates to Remember
December 23: Progress Reports available in the Parent Portal
December 23: 1/2 Day- 11:30 Dismissal
December 24-January 2: No School for Winter Recess. Students and staff return January 3rd.
January 20-27: Midterms/Finals (Schedule Below)
January 31: End of Marking Period 2
February 9: Marking Period 2 Report Cards available through the Parent Portal
School Happenings
- Midterms (full-year course) and Finals (semester course) will begin on January 20. A full schedule of midterms and finals can be found at this LINK.

- We want to thank all those families who have signed up to join the PTC (Parent Teacher Council). Your support and money goes directly back to our students throughout the year. - The PTC is running a dinner fundraiser through Chipotle on January 11 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Information can be found here: Do Good with Chipotle

- The PTC will be running a clothing drive on January 15, 2022. Information can be found by clicking the following link: PTC Clothing Drive
- Please visit the LTMS Food Service website for information concerning breakfast and lunch for this school year.
Health Office
- Following Executive Order 251- students who are not medically exempt must wear a mask while in the building. Please make sure to send your child to school with a mask and an extra mask to keep in his/her locker in case the mask breaks or is lost. We do not have supplies to provide masks to students on a daily basis.
- CDC Guidelines on How to Protect Yourself
- Please keep your child home if he/she is not feeling well or is showing any symptoms outlined in the document attached. Health Protocols
- Please send in an updated immunization record if there have been any changes within the past year.
- Please send your child to school with a refillable water bottle. The water fountains are not available throughout the day. There are water bottle filling stations that the students can use.
