AmWINS Launches Social Engineering Crime Insurance Product
AmWINS Group, Inc., has launched a new product to protect insureds against social engineering, which arises from situations where insureds are fraudulently induced into transferring money or securities in good faith reliance following a telephone, written or electronic instruction – purportedly from a client, vendor or employee.

Travelers to be exclusive provider of U.S. auto insurance claim management for Lyft
The Travelers Companies, Inc., will become the exclusive provider of U.S. auto insurance claim services for Lyft, effective February 1, 2019.

Banks, retailers paying out the most for discrimination and harassment
Virtually all of the fortune 500 companies have paid for claims of employment discrimination or harassment since 2000. Bank of America has paid the largest amount of disclosed discrimination penalties, with $210 million in settlements since 2000, followed by Coca-Cola ($200 million), Novartis ($183 million), Morgan Stanley ($150 million) and Abercrombie & Fitch ($90 million).
