More Information
What is Pancreatic Cancer?
Pancreatic cancer is a deadly cancer, which is considered the "silent" disease as its symptoms aren't obvious. Pancreatic cancer has infected almost 44,000 people in the United States, and that number is ever increasing. It forms when cells in the pancreas grow and divide uncontrollably growing into a tumor. When patients are finally treated, the cancer has typically spread too much, making a full cure, unachievable. Treatment helps the patients live a longer and hopefully healthier life.
Donations
Pancan is a non-profit organization, so all of your donations will go to the patients whose family's lives and their own are being affected by pancreatic cancer. Here you can see how the funding from donations has been spent since 2010. Please consider donating, as that money could be used to save many lives.
