Blanche Dodd Bobcat News
March 2018
Message from our Principal
Greetings Bobcat Families!
It's hard to believe that we have reached the last grading period of the school year! I hope you and your family enjoyed a relaxing spring break and are ready to tackle the last nine weeks of the school year!
Many activities will take place during April and May. Our state testing is fast approaching. On April, 4th grade students will take the STAAR Writing test and 5th grade students will take STAAR reading and STAAR math. In the month of May, 4th grade students will take STAAR Reading and STAAR math, and our 5th grade students will take STAAR Science. We will also be giving 5th grade STAAR reading and 5th grade STAAR math retakes at that time.
In the upcoming April Bobcat News, information will be provided about the End-of-Year Awards Ceremonies and the final days of school.
Wishing you a Marvelous March
Mrs. Tricia Bolz

Open House & Art Show
Thank you to Ms. Galyon who displayed over 2,000 pieces of student art work that has been completed this year. This is the first year that we've been able to offer daily art classes, and the art work our students have produced demonstrates the success of this program.
