The Principal's POV on...February's SEL Book-Talk
It is so important that we remain proactive when we look to support the social-emotional state of ourselves, our loved ones, our students and their families. As we learned in this month's article, this doesn't mean putting more on our plates! To me, it means two things:
- Put systems into place so that when things become challenging we have a "go to" plan.
- Think DIFFERENTLY about the routines/supports we already have in place.
THANK YOU to everyone that shared your thoughts on the article, on how our #EverydaySEL journey continues to shape your views, and on the successes you have already experienced with our students...and to everyone in the #BullockES community, look below for some STANDOUT quotes from this month's dialog!
