Nia Wehner- Geek in Training

Nia has been working for Bandon School District for most of her life! Her hobbies include taking long naps, walking with her human, eating anything she can put in her mouth before her human sees her, chasing her tail, and chewing on her tiger! The weirdest job she's ever had was training her human, Adam Wehner! She loves working with the kids at Bandon School District because they often have sticky gooeyness on their hands to share or drop delicious treats for her to enjoy! Nia has done an excellent job during her IT training program. She has almost completed the program to be an official IT Tech for BSD.

8th Grade Fundraiser

This week 8th grade students were sent home with a form that had information about donating to the class of 2026 event fund. This is an account/program put on by parent volunteers to help fund this years "8th grade recognition party". Any money left over will roll towards future events for the class of 2026. Call the office if you did not see this form and you want more information.

Student Hand Book

Please take some time to review our student handbook with your student. We would particularly like you to remind your student of our expectations with regards to cell phones and appropriate technology use.

Cell Phone Policy

Just a reminder, students are not allowed to have cell phones out during school hours. We require them to be kept off and in their locker or backpack during the day. This includes breaks and at lunch. Please encourage your student to come to the office or their teachers if they have a concern or need help instead of reaching out to you via cell phone during the day. This way we can help make sure that all your student's needs are being met. We have a student phone available in the commons that is always available.

OCEAN CREST

We put the FUN in fundraiser!

The pictures are from our American Heart Association fundraising incentives all students earned!
