Clauses

What are Clauses
Clauses are phrases with subjects, and predicates, but unlike sentences they do not have to complete a thought. Sentences can have multiple clauses in them. The subject opens the clause, and the predicate closes the clause. The subject tells what the clause is about, and the predicate tells somethings about the subject.
