OVUU Task Force Community Working Group Recap
The OVUU Board appointed Planning Task Force (Task Force) hosted a very engaged Community Input Working Group on Monday, April 29th. The goal of the meeting was to receive community input on initial plan elements that outline proactive solutions for the district focused on the next 2-5-10 years to account for a series of triggers that may impact change (declining enrollment, legislation, facilities maintenance, etc.).
The initial plan was developed over 15 months, 25 meetings, thorough review of 92 pages of district data and ongoing community input.

6th Grade Graduation
Hello All,
Graduation for the Lothrop Elementary class of 2019 will take place on Thursday, June 13 at the Pittsford Fire Station.
Traditionally the 5th grade families are responsible for decorating/set up, refreshments and clean up at graduation. The PTO will be providing the decorations, banners and a class photo. We have 22 Graduates this year.
Mr. Houston will be making a cake with students. The school will provide graduates with corsage/Boutonnieres, graduate cap, yearbook and class of 2019 t-shirt.
Decorating and set up will begin on Wednesday, June 12 @ 5pm at the Fire House. Clean up will take place after the reception.
We will need someone willing to order and pick up 25 'congrats graduate' balloons on the day of graduation (PTO will reimburse for this expense)
