A Message from Ms. Cimino & Mrs. Gallagher

We wanted to take the time to thank everyone for a wonderful school year. We are looking forward to some great events coming up for our students over the next few weeks, so please make sure to check out the list of events below. Thank you for all of your involvement and support over this year, we are truly happy to have all of you as a part of the H & M Potter School Family. Enjoy Summer Break!

June 6 and 10 will be our Field Days. Parents are welcome to visit as spectators, and should report directly to the back playground during their child's assigned time.

Grades 3 and 4: 1:00-3:00

June 10:

Your child will be outside for the entire specified time. Please make sure to apply sunblock as needed, and follow specific instructions given by your child's teacher. Water will be provided by the PTA.

School Picnic

This year the H & M Potter PTA will be paying for all students to receive a picnic lunch on June 7 for our Picnic Day. This means you do not have to send lunch money with your child that day. If your child prefers to bring his/her own lunch they can do so. Thank you PTA for providing this for our students! Please remember this is a student only event.

Team Trevor- Christmas in July!

Team Trevor will be sponsoring a Christmas in July toy drive for children at the Children's Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson. Toys can be collected for all ages from infant through teenagers.

Donation Ideas: Puzzles, Legos, Playdough, Action Figures, Dolls, Trucks, Board Games, etc.

H & M Potter School will be a drop off location through the month of July. Please bring donations of new unwrapped gifts to the main lobby. Thank you for supporting Team Trevor!

Transportation Changes for 2019-2020

For the 2019-2020 school year, all arrangements for child care or day care stops must be made As Soon As Possible. This also includes the before and after school Y-Kids Programs. Parents may have two stops, one in the morning and one for after school, however, the district policy is for Monday through Friday stops only. No exceptions will be made. Please feel free to make arrangements by calling the transportation department at 732-269-1302 during normal business hours.
