The Big Sweep
Thank you to all of the volunteers who came out to help Saturday at THE BIG SWEEP. We had approximately 150 volunteers and collected 10,000 pounds of trash. You all represented RECHS well and we thank you for your efforts.
College Fair: October 1
Students who registered to attend the college fair, please remember the trip is Tuesday, October 1st. The CACRAO (Carolinas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers) College Fair will be held at the Greensboro Coliseum Pavilion. We will leave RECHS at 4:00pm and return at 8:00pm.
FAFSA Night: October 3
Seniors and Senior Parents you are invited to FAFSA night on October 3rd at 6:00pm. We open the computer lab and you are invited to complete your FAFSA. Mr. Peterson and Ms. Blackmon are here to assist you in any way.
Math I Check-Ins
Math 1 students will participate in the NC Check-Ins this Thursday and Friday. Students were given a letter last week to send home to their parents/guardians concerning this assessment.
SGA Football Game Fundraiser
Our SGA will be hosting the 4th annual flag football game on October 8th. Tickets will be on presale September 30th - October 4th. Student tickets will be $1 on presale and $2 the day of the game. Come out and support RECHS’ SGA through their flag football fundraiser.
Volunteer Opportunities
The Volunteer Center of Randolph County serves over 40 agencies in our county. All of the agencies are in search of volunteers. Students, if you are interested, please find more information on our Student Services site which is linked on our school webpage.
Upcoming Tests
Sophomores and Juniors who registered for the PSAT will take the test on October 16th. All sophomores will participate in the PreACT on October 24th.

YEARBOOKS
Students and parents can buy a yearbook for $45. You can buy one from the main office or online using this link.

9th Grade-----$24.00 (Instructional, Science, PE, and Great Raven Migration Day)
10th Grade---$17.00 (Instructional and Science)
11th Grade---$17.00 (Instructional and Science)
12th Grade---$42.00 (Instructional and graduation)
