Tax relief - SOAR
TOTALS: $31,000 - we are 2/3 the way to our goal! We have approximately 55% of the school families participating in SOAR. If we want an additional gym or a future high school, we must make a commitment together each year to support The NCLA through volunteerism, positivity and financial support.
GOALS: Expansion of a separate High School building and an additional gym.
You or family or friends may send or mail in a check for a one time payment or set up a recurring check through your online banking just set up vendor to NCLA at 4353 High Point Rd; Kernersville, NC 27284 to be sent monthly. This will avoid any fees to us through paypal.
Click HERE to donate online or to see what the plans for the future are for our campus. You can also donate by check with students name and SOAR in subject line. NO amount is too small or too big. Ask those family members that would normally buy wrapping paper or candy, etc, to donate an amount to our school. Families can also create a monthly donation amount allowing you to split up the amount into smaller segments - using online paypal option. You can also send in a check in an envelope marked SOAR and child's name and teacher.

Attention Rising Juniors and Seniors
2017-2018 Juniors & Seniors
Juniors and seniors are allowed to take courses at Forsyth Tech free of charge. These courses are part of a dual enrollment agreement between NC Department of Public Instruction and the NC Community Colleges. All credits will count for both high school and college. The first step to qualifying for the courses is through placement testing at Forsyth Tech. Students take both a verbal and a math test. Once they pass these tests, they must return the test scores to Mrs. Wood in order to be eligible for registration for these classes.
Please make sure to sign your student up for one of the testing times/dates attached. Classes fill up quickly so no enrollment guarantees can be made later in the year.
