The Life of Indira Gandhi
As a child Indira Gandhi thought that the indian people should be free. She did several small protest, spied on british police, and burned all her dolls in a fire to protest against goods produced in India.
Although she went to many universities, she started with advising her father the prime minister. After that she was the minister of broadcasting, then she became the first female prime minister in India. Indira Gandhi was always having protests, and once got thrown in jail with her husband, Feroza Gandhi. They had two sons, Rajiv and Sanjay. Sadly Indira was assasinated in 1984.
