Complaints
When the guests are complaining let them talk and say what they are trying to point out. Do not interrupt them or argue with them. Just let them finish.
Explain things clearly
When the guests are done talking or saying their complaints then it is time for you to explain. Explaining is your chance to tell to the guests all of what you need to say to let them know why and how did it happen and be patience for every time they were trying to interrupt you. Make sure to answer their questions as much as possible.
Problem Solved
For being patience and understanding as a good employee you overcome the complaints of your guests. Also it helps you to improve your skills.
