- DINNER WITH THE DRUMLINE
Tuesday, March 26 is Dinner with the Drumline at BJHS - 6:00pm.
DMS Percussion Ensemble and BJHS Drumline will perform.
Cost is $13.00 per person, Meal is Catered by Mangia’s Italian Restaurant.
I have tickets at Discovery, please send payment in an enveloped marked (Dinner with the Drumline).(contact info@dmsbands.org if you would like to purchase tickets)
Make checks payable to BJ Drumline (Include Driver’s License and 2 Phone Numbers)
- We received a payment by money order that wasn't labeled with a student name. If this was your payment, please email us at Treasurer@dmsbands.org and let me know the company who issued the money order, WHO and how much the payment was for.
-All spring payments are past due. Please clear up your outstanding balance ASAP
If you write a check, please include 2 phone numbers and a drivers license number.

- Solo/Ensemble - Con and Sym students (and Jazz Band) - Saturday, April 13th at Hartselle HS. Times will be announced the week before competition. Only those who filled out the google form for registration will be attending. Jazz Band will perform at this function, too.

We are getting ready for our 2019 Orlando Trip. We are excited! If you have family in the area and want them to come see our competition performance on Friday, April 5, here is the information:

Solo and Ensemble
Students will receive their Solo and Ensemble times early this week.
Solo and Ensemble is at Meridianville Middle School on Saturday. I will post everybody’s times on Google Classroom by Tuesday.
If your child signed up for Solo and Ensemble, please make sure you have sent in your $5 registration fee.
Don’t forget to bring back instruments tomorrow! We can’t wait to see everyone’s smiling faces again!

Jazz Band
Saturday 4/13 - Jazz Band Performance - Solo and Ensembles - Hartselle High School
Saturday 5/11 - Spring Jazz Brunch - @ Senior Center (around 9am-ish?) We will be pitching in with the BJHS Jazz Band with breakfast food donations and pot luck breakfast goods.
Indoor Drumline/ Percussion Ensemble
Monday 3/25 - Practice - 3:30pm-5:00pm
Tuesday 3/26 - Dinner with the Drumline at BJHS - CALL TIME - 5:30pm (arrive in Percussion Ensemble Uniform) Meet at the BJHS Gym. Students will be served pizza before warm ups.
Wednesday 3/27 - Practice - 3:30pm-5:00pm
Sunday 3/31 - SCGC Percussion Championships - WKU, Bowling Green Kentucky
(Look for separate email from Mr. Smart for complete details on Dinner with the Drumline and SCGC Percussion Championships)
- All Fees were due March 4 - Please make payment. As always, payment plans can be arranged. All checks should be made to Bob Jones High School Drumline and include a driver's license and 2 phone numbers.
