SENIORS: Cap and Gown Pick Up
Mobile Dentist Information
April 6th and 7th a licensed, caring dental team will be setting up a clinic right in our school. Services provided include: complete oral exam, cleaning, sealants, Fluoride Treatment, and X-Rays. Restorative services may also be provided as well. Any student is able to sign up with or without insurance. A student’s health plays a vital role in their ability to learn. There is really no excuse not to take advantage of this awesome program. We are making it easy for everyone. This program saves the parent from taking time off work and the student from leaving school to go to an appointment. The convenience alone is worth it. Not to mention the opportunity for those that do not have a chance to get to the dentist regularly or do not have insurance to take advantage of dental care.
So fill out your forms and turn them in. We will accept them up until April 5th. More forms are available in each school building. Any questions contact Jane Gray at 419-823-4381 or for more information go to www.mobiledentists.com
