An Hour of Code - Library Activity Next Week! Sign up below!!!

Coding is the language of computers. Code.org promotes the program An Hour of Code from December 8-14 to encourage students to try their hand at coding in a fun and non-threatening environment. Code.org uses Blockly, a simplified language of coding with blocks of language that can be hooked together to make a command.

I am offering this hour of coding in the library during the next weeks. Visit my Google Doc to sign up. As a special Christmas treat, I will take your class for an hour and teach them to code. They will make snowflake designs with Disney's Anna and Elsa.
