URGENT UPDATE: DME and MDX

DME/TAG

We are aware that TAG is currently experiencing technical challenges with creating and modifying reservations. This issue has been reported; there is no ETA as to when it will be resolved.


What does this mean to me?

If you receive an error message while trying to create or modify a DME reservation, please:

  • Apologize for the inconvenience and ask the Member to call back at a later time or tomorrow morning
  • Assist the Member with any other requests

MDX/Proxy

We are aware that CastAPP is currently experiencing intermittent technical challenges when using Proxy. This issue has been reported; there is no ETA as to when it will be resolved.


What does this mean to me?

If you must use Proxy to resolve a Member’s issues and are unable to access the Member’s account:

  • First, please try again
  • Next, attempt to talk the Member through the process
  • If you cannot assist the Member, please apologize for the inconvenience and ask them to call us back later or tomorrow morning. Members may also try MyDisneyExperience.com later.
