A student is dropped from school for being truant then re-enrolls. What is done to correct the enrollment?
Change the end status to T160. (Do not continue off the previous enrollment. Enrollment dates drive attendance, course & state related data
Future Enrollment
It was collectively agreed upon during the Data Team Meeting on 12/7/2016, that students with a future enrollment date during an active school year will be state excluded.
When the student starts attending class:
· Adjust the enrollment start date to match the students schedule start date.
· Remove the state excluded checkbox
It is the sites responsibility to monitor these enrollments. A simple Ad Hoc can be created to pull a list of students with state excluded enrollments and no end date.

Current Enrollment and Future Enrollment after Rollover
Current date is 7/15/2016. It is mid-summer vacation following Brandon’s successful completion of 10th grade at Sequoia High School. Infinite Campus shows end status of E155 indicating that he is expected to return.
Earlier today (7/15/2016), we received mail from Brandon’s father a signed letter indicating that Brandon and his family will be moving to Iowa.
To correctly adjust Brandon’s enrollment information
- Adjust both the previous school year and future year enrollments
- Adjust previous end status from E155 to a T200 attending non-CA school
- End Comment - Enter specific details how the exit was verified and where the student is going
- The final step is to fix the future school year enrollment information
