April 2021
From Dr. Melissa Williams-Scott
Spring has sprung and along with the bluebonnets and dandelions, we have seen some really incredible and innovative student projects from classrooms such as Mr. Robinson with his Virtual Field Trips and DHS’ Mrs. Anderson along with the English 2 Team helping students build their Digital Interactive Notebooks. We also know we have tested you with faux phishing emails and many of you have passed. We also continue your cyber security safety knowledge through KnowBe4’s The Inside Man Season 1 Series. Slowly we are migrating email boxes to a new version. Some of your peers have already been migrated and the great news is…A MUCH higher mailbox size limit. Watch for the email instructing as to the process and when your campus or department will be migrated.

Updates & Backups
Also, while we recommend saving to Google Drive, if you are not, backup your computer regularly in case your computer ever needs to be re-imaged. It would be unfortunate to lose any of your valuable work. Backing Up Instructions can be found here.
