Luck of the Draw Staff Appreciation

Help show our staff how lucky we are to have them by donating a gift card they will randomly draw from our St.Patrick's Day pot! Please send in any gift card $5 or more to the school labeled PTSO by March 15. The deadline has been extended. The 2021-2022 IMP Tales Yearbook will be here before you know it. Please visit and search for Mooresville Middle School. Yearbooks are on sale through early May with the distribution planned for May 23rd, May 24th, and May 25th.

Virtual Mooresville Middle School

The VMMS teachers want to remind you that we have an asynchronous day on Wednesday, March 16th. All students will have assignments to complete for all of their classes. These must be completed by 2:30 for students to be marked present in class.

Please mark your calendars to pick up materials for your child on Friday, March 18th. Materials can be picked up between 9 am and 1 pm in the Mooresville Middle School office.

Whitewater Center Field Trip

Parents we’ve recently added the option for your student to pay online for the Whitewater Center Field Trip in May. You can pay online by going to this website and paying online. The cost is $88 if you pay online or $85 if you pay via cash or check. We still need to have your student fill out the permission slip if they wish to attend. You can view and print out the 7th Grade Permission Slip and 8th Grade Permission Slip here, they are also available at the school if you need a paper copy.

MAWI Lessons

During one class session the week of March 14th the MMS Math department will facilitate the following MAWI lessons:

7th Grade: MAWI Lesson #14- Believe in Growth

8th Grade: MAWI Lesson #14- Common Worries

MMS is using the MAWI program to facilitate social and emotional lessons that are designed to help students build life-long coping skills.

Quarantine Content Support Schedule

Mooresville Middle School has created a Quarantine Content Support Schedule to assist students who have been quarantined for an extended period of time. You can view the schedule here. Our teachers are offering 1-3 sessions of virtual tutoring each week to help your students stay on top of their work. If you have any questions, please feel to reach out to the school or your child’s teachers. Thanks!
