Stick Man calms himself by listening to music, talking a walk and taking a deep breath.
Try deep breathing to calm down. Pretend like you are holding a flower, breath in as you smell the flower. Breath out and pretend you are blowing out a candle.
Here are a few other breathing strategies you can try:
What is your favorite way to calm down? Draw a picture or write about it. Share with someone at home, a pet or your stuffed animal.
