In-Home Cooking Lessons for Kids

Teaching the skill and sharing the passion for homemade foods.

Designed for 7 to 12 year-old kids chef Mickey DeAngelo will come to your home to share his love for fresh homemade meals with your kids.

Each lesson will cover the basics like reading recipes, how to measure, and even how to clean up after ourselves. The kids will learn age appropriate cooking techniques they can replicate on their own. Older kids might even learn some basic knife skills.

Chef Mickey will come to your home with all grocery items and any specialty equipment needed. Working in an environment the kids are used to with the same pots and pans they see mom using will encourage them to use their new talents long after Chef Mickey is gone.


Lessons are:

$150 for 1-3 students, $25 each additional student. (maximum 10) plus a per person charge based on menu selection.

Lessons include:

  • A recipe folder for each child
  • An personalized embroidered apron
  • A paper toque
  • Hands-On lessons that keep the children engaged and active

Dinner can be made by the kids for as many as 20 individuals depending on location.
