It is that time of year when our school begins to experience a change. Our seniors have now left the building, and we begin to make plans to receive the next incoming freshman group.

While we count down the last days, please encourage your student to get good grades and attend every day. Check your email and voices message for attendance messages.

Service hours completed through May 31st must be submitted through x2vol by June 1st. Hold all service hours earned this summer until the start of the 2023-2024 school year.

Commencement on the 31st at 7:30 will be live-streamed for those that are unable to attend in person.

Parents/families will want to "Subscribe" to our schools' YouTube channel and click on the "Notification" button to be notified whenever the YouTube channel goes Live.

All medications in the nurse’s office will need to be picked up by a parent or guardian prior to June 14th. Any medications that are not picked up by this date will be disposed of in accordance with the WCBOE policy.

Also, all current orders will expire on June 30, 2023. If your child requires medication at school for the 2023-2024 school year you will need to obtain a new order from your doctor.

Please join us for Community Conversations at one of four school sites on June 5th (at Westside Intermediate and North Salisbury Elementary) and June 6th (at Bennett Middle and Beaver Run Elementary) to be part of the discussion on current perceptions of the school system and ways that Wicomico Schools could become even better. The best way to stay in the know is to make sure we have accurate information on file. Please look over all the information on the Student Personal Data and Enrollment Information Form as this is the information we currently have on file for you. Make any corrections to the form in blue. If you need additional space for emergency contact use a separate sheet of paper. Sign the back of the form and return it to the school. If you prefer to fill out a new form you can find a copy on our website.
