Character Parade Success!
Thank you to all the parents and readers who participated in this year's Character Parade! The students had a blast sharing their favorite stories with Mrs. Pope's Pre-K. In addition to learning about the main characters in stories, we are now learning about plot. Stay tuned for our next literary adventure!
Thanksgiving Lunch
Please be sure to send in your RSVPs for our annual Thanksgiving Lunch! We hope to see you all there. Lunch for adults will be $3.40 which will include turkey, dressing, rice, apple pie and sweet tea or lemonade. CASH ONLY PLEASE!

Our Community: Adventures of Flat Stanley, United States Marine
The past few days have been extremely busy for Flat Stanley. He checked in for duty early Monday morning at the Marine Corps Air Station in Beaufort, SC. He was assigned to Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 251. Those guys are tough!! They cut Flat Stanley no slack as he went through military training! We can't wait to see where his next journey takes him!
