Compare and contrast
I’m Comparing both roar and eye of the tiger. Some things that are similar are they both relate to getting over something and accomplishing something. Eye of the tiger talks about stalking its prey and attacking it and roar is talking about getting up after something bad has happened and how if something sets you back you just need to keep trying and not give up. Also they use the some of the same words to create the song and give the song meaning and make them different in ways that you wouldn't think are there. Also they talk about your going to hear me at the night or roar.
Problem and solution
Jackie robinson faced a lot of problems in his life but he overcame them and is now known all over the world for being the first african american player to play in the majors. One problem he faced was was racist comments when he was up to bat or when he was signing the contract to play for the dodgers and that didn't stop him from reaching his goals and he kept playing and kept getting those comments but he didn't let them get to him. Also he faced physical damage from other players like stepping on his feet with metal cleats and he didn't let that both him and kept on working and working and after 13 seasons almost every team had at least one african american player.
Description
Well jackie robinson broke through the color barrier in 1947 which means he was the first non white person to play in the majors. Also he was very good at track, cross country, football, and basketball. When he played he faced many things that wouldn't happen to a white person like stepping on his feet and racist jokes. After he joined 13 seasons later almost every team had at least one african american player. He needed lots of confidence to do what he was doing.
So first what happened was we met the 2 boys. Then we got to know what they had and what was wrong with them. After that the interviewer stayed with them because they didn't really have someone to go home to. After that they both graduated from high school and wanted to go to college but didn't really have the money so the interviewer created a website for you to donate and they ended up going to college. Also one of the boys went into a sport and ended up going to the Olympics and winning the bronze medal.
Well there parents or them did something to go to jail or don't have enough money to go to a public school so they go to this school that kids like them go to. The judge told some of them they needed to play basketball. This brought the girls closer to one another and gave them a family to come to. Another problem was some of the girls couldn't keep their temper in or they have never played basketball. This didn't stop the girls they kept trying and trying to get better and they worked and worked but they never could win a game. The last game of the season they went in confident and gave it the best they got and they might of still lost but they only lost by 10 points not 50+ points.
