Trailer Wrap
Student Names for Trailer Wrap: The Austin High School Band is selling student and family names to be printed on the back doors of our new trailer. The price for the first line of text is $200.00, and $150.00 for each additional line. Each line has a maximum of 25 total characters: including punctuation, spaces, and student graduation year. Names will be printed in black with the same font, and 1 ¾ inches tall. Student names will include their graduation year (i.e. ’18). All names will remain on the trailer for the life of our vinyl wrap, which is approximately 8-10 years.
Business Advertisement for the Trailer Wrap: The Austin High School Band is selling business advertisements to be printed on the back doors of our new trailer starting May 4th, 2017 – June 1st, 2017. Advertisement slots will be sold at $2.00 per square inch, and pricing ranges between $336-$966.
There are a limited number of slots available, and all advertisements sold will remain on the trailer for a minimum of three years. Additional time on the trailer can be purchased at $100 per ad per year. If you would like your advertisement to remain on the trailer for the life of our new vinyl wrap (approximately 8 years), the cost is simply double the original asking price, depending on which slot is purchased. Payment for the initial sale is due by June 1st, 2017.

OPENINGS for 2017-2018 Band Chair Positions
Will you to step up and help with the 2017-2018 Austin High School Band? Here are our open positions! We would love to have you on the team.
Open Chair Positions:
ACL Parking -- Need two people to shadow our current ACL Chairs to take this over for the 2018 - 2019 school year.
Golf Tournament -- Co - Chair to assist Samantha Young in organizing and running the golf tournament fundraiser (few planning meetings in the spring and summer -- event in August).
Nominating Chair -- There are three positions open for this chair to present nominations for elected board members (2018 - Feb/March)
Feed the Maroons | Game Meal Coordinator -- Responsible for ordering all the pre-game meals for the students before football games, which includes: collecting order forms, weekly contact with the vendors and ensuring meals are delivered on time and accurate.

Donate Gently Used Band Items
Has your child out grown any of his/her summer band uniform pieces? Will your senior be cleaning out his/her room soon? Please feel free to donate any and all band uniform pieces to the AHS Band uniform room. We will be collecting: marching shoes, black shorts, polo's. Donations can be brought to the band hall and placed in the uniform room.
Unpaid Band Fees
Our band currently has a deficit of $18,000 in unpaid fair-share fees.
Please look in your Charmsoffice account Financial Statement to see if you owe band fees. If any amount is shown as "Fixed Payments Due" at the top of the Financial Statement, that is the amount still owed. You can pay the amount due on your credit card through School Cash Online https://austinisd.schoolcashonline.com/. Or, you can send a check made out to Austin High Band. Payments cannot be made on Charmsoffice.

PAST DUE!!!
All concert uniforms should be returned to the rack in the uniform room ASAP!!
We have SEVERAL students that have not returned their concert uniform after having it dry cleaned. The item(s) should be returned in the dry-clean plastic bag with the receipt attached and placed inside the uniform bag.
