We were so excited to showcase our Husky Pups at last night's holiday concert. After having to cancel for two years it was so heartwarming to watch them perform with such joy. Please remember to bring your tickets when you attend concerts. We provide exactly the amount of tickets for the number of seats in the auditorium, due to compliance with the local fire department's regulations. If for some reason you forget your tickets it is likely we will get you into the concert if you are patient. We look forward to the remaining performances during our concert season! It's great to be a Husky!
Holly Academy has partnered with Sovita Credit Union to recognize two outstanding staff members each marking period this school year. Our first recipients were Angie Cryderman and Jennifer Melero. Thanks to both of them for their hard work and dedication!
As the winter weather is now with us please make sure that your child brings appropriate clothing to go outside: boots, winter coats, snow pants, gloves, and hats.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Please make sure to check skyward and talk with your son/daughter about working hard these next few weeks before the holiday break. This is the time of year when students sometimes start to relax and then find out they are not doing as well as they would like. If you have concerns with progress or a grade in a class, make sure to reach out to the teacher before the holidays.

I want to thank all the parents who have volunteered for breakfast club duties and fun Friday lunches so far this year. I am working on getting a new schedule out and will be changing the breakfast dates to every other Monday starting after we come back from our holiday break. I am working with the staff to develop some new initiatives for our middle school students and we will be offering a transition to high school night for all 8th-grade students and parents. It will be in the multi-purpose room, and local high schools will be asked to send a representative to answer any questions you may have. The 8th-grade transition to high school meeting will be on January 24th at 6:00pm.

Looking ahead for our 5th-grade students and parents. There will be a 5th-grade transition meeting to middle school on February 8, 2023, at 6:00pm in the multi-purpose room. More information will follow.
