50 Years ago Martin Luther King made a speech about his dream of racism being demolished. This speech made a big impact on everyone. Martin Luther King was born in 1929 in An American City called Georgia and he did very well in school. He grew up in a time where racism in the US was everyday life. People with Black sin, were separated with people who had white skin. They weren't allowed to go to the same schools, sit in the front section of busses and weren't allowed to go to the same restaurants All the people with black skin wanted better. They Protested because they didn't like these rules at all. During The Protests, Martin Luther King made a speech about his dreams of anti-racism. This speech made a big impact and things then started to change. There was no more racism in America. In 1968 he was shot while getting ready to perform a speech. 4 years before he died he was awarded a nobel piece prise.
