Tardiness to School

As the school year progresses, we are noticing many more students arriving tardy to first period.

Please be sure that if your student is being dropped off in the morning or is a senior who is driving to school, they arrive in time to be in class at 7:15am.

Please also remind your students that if they are tardy to class three times in a week, they will receive an after-school detention. We would rather that students spend time in class with their teachers than in detention, and appreciate your help!

ID's and Lanyards Required at School

Please remind your students that wearing their Student ID and lanyard are required by Board of Education policy and school rules, to support our security procedures.

Students additionally need their IDs to:

  • sign in late to school
  • leave the cafeteria during lunch
  • sign into the library during a study hall

Students may also be asked to bring their IDs to check in at school events.

Students will receive one replacement ID if lost, and will be charged $10 for any further ID reprints.
