Mansa Musa was an emperor, not any regular one. He was the most famous emperor. He was the richest, and had many amazing achievements. he was remembered for many things. His full name Muhammad ibn Musa.
Being Emperor
Mansa Musa was related to Sundiata. He was sundiatas grandson.Being emperor he had all the gold. He was the richest emperor of all emperors. Mansa means kings of kings or emperor. He helped Mali empire reach it's height going from the Atlantic ocean to the city of Gao.

Mansa Musa achievements were incredible. He was the first emperor to make a pilgrimage to Mecca. That was another thing he was remembered for. He was in Mecca in 1324-25. He also used the Mediterranean sea to get there. He was also famous for The Five Pillars of Islam. He also conquered the Songhai kingdom.
When He Died
Mansa Musa died in 1337 CE. Mali began a steady decline. He ruled Mulian empire 1342-1337 CE. He got the attention of the Arab world when he left his home of African kingdom in 1324. He was the fourteenth century emperor of Mali.
Mansa Musa born in 1280 Baghad, Iraq died in 1337. He was remembered for many things. He was the greatest emperor of all time, he was the first to make a pilgrimage.He was the most powerful leader.His legacy was passed down for years because his story will be passed down from generation to generation.
